Return and Exchange Terms
At WESTBRIDGE VENTURES LTD, we are committed to providing customers with a satisfactory shopping experience. In order to ensure that you are completely satisfied with the artwork you purchased, we provide a 14-day unconditional return and exchange service, but please note the following terms and conditions:
Return and Exchange Terms
Return and Exchange Time Limit: You have 14 days from the date you receive the product to make a return or exchange request. We will not be able to process the return or exchange request after this time limit.
Product Status Requirements: To ensure that the product is in good condition and can be resold, the returned or exchanged goods must meet the following requirements:
The product is not damaged: The product itself must not have any damage, scratches, stains, etc.
The product is unused: The product has not been used or modified in any way.
Keep the original packaging and labels: The product should retain the original packaging, labels and all attached items, and keep the original appearance. The integrity of the packaging and labels is the basic condition for return and exchange.
Affecting secondary sales: If the damage or use of the product makes it impossible to resell, the return or exchange application will not be approved.
Return and Exchange Process
Submit a return or exchange request: If you need to return or exchange an item, please submit a return or exchange request to us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the item. Please provide the order number, detailed information of the item, and the reason for the return or exchange.
Return or exchange confirmation: We will review your request after receiving it and contact you as soon as possible to confirm the return or exchange. If the return or exchange conditions are met, we will provide a return address and relevant instructions.
Return costs: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is damaged during transportation. Returned items must be sent back by tracked courier to ensure that we can confirm receipt of the return and process the refund.
Refund processing: After we receive the returned item and confirm that it is eligible for return or exchange, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be refunded to the original payment method. Please note that the refund amount does not include shipping costs and possible customs duties.
Special instructions
Returned or exchanged items must be returned intact in the original packaging and have not been used or reprocessed in any way.
We do not accept any returns or exchanges due to personal reasons (such as dislike, color mismatch, etc.).
If the product is damaged due to transportation or other reasons, please contact us in time and we will provide a solution based on the specific situation.
